Project Overview
We partnered with Montreal International to design and develop a comprehensive, custom Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform tailored specifically for workforce operations in the Gulf region. The objective was to consolidate fragmented administrative tasks into a single, cohesive interface.
The resulting platform is a robust system that seamlessly integrates project management, human resources, complex payroll operations, and financial analytics. Designed with scalability in mind, it provides leadership with real-time operational metrics, ensuring efficient deployment of personnel across multiple active work sites.
Core Modules & Features
1. Intelligent Overview Dashboard
Real-time Metrics: High-level visibility into total active projects, operational sites, total employee headcount, and critical workforce utilization rates.
Proactive Alerts: An automated alert system that flags upcoming "Contract Expiries" and identifies "Workforce Gaps" highlighting specific sites that require additional workers.
Active Project Tracking: Quick-glance cards detailing active projects, locations, assigned headcount, and project timelines.
2. Comprehensive Analytics Suite
Project Analytics: Tracks total contract values and active contract values. Features data visualizations comparing contract values and worker distribution across various project codes.
Financial Dashboard: Provides a clear Profit & Loss overview, tracking Total Revenue, Total Costs, Net Profit, and Profit Margins with Month-over-Month indicators.
Data Visualization: Clean line graphs for historical "Revenue vs. Costs" tracking and donut charts for "Cost Distribution".
3. Operations & HR Management
HR & Payroll: Employee and Manager directory management. Detailed Attendance tracking. Complete payroll lifecycle including Payslips, Overtime calculation, Deductions, and Expense tracking.
Project Management: Granular control over specific operational sites and workflows. Tools for daily field operations including a "Daily Muster" and comprehensive "Monthly Reports."

The design utilizes a crisp, white background with a modern blue and teal color palette that inspires trust and professionalism.
Data-Heavy, Clutter-Free
Successfully displays massive amounts of complex data without overwhelming the user, utilizing spacious cards and clear typography.
Action-Oriented Design
Strategic use of color draws the user's eye to areas requiring immediate attention — red for negative metrics, green for healthy utilization.

A beautifully designed login portal featuring custom brand illustrations, reinforcing the platform's focus on the GCC region.
